Qualifications/Responsibilities: BS and completion of PA program required. NCCPA and NYS PA license required. Masters preferred. As a physician extender, performs history and physicals, diagnoses, prescribes and treats patients as per licensure law. Documents patient care. Follows departmental protocols.
