Shift: 8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri
 
Qualifications/Responsibilities: BA degree in nursing from an approved program, MA preferred. NYS RN License & current Registration required. Three years experience as a supervising community health nurse in a Certified Home Health Agency or Long Term Home Health Care Program. One year supervisory experience as a Program Coordinator or Director preferred. Responsible for directing, planning, coordinating and evaluating patient care services provided by staff employed directly by or through contract with the Long Term Home Health Care Program, AIDS Program and associated programs. The Director of LTHHCP is knowledgeable about federal and state, DOH/JCAHO regulations and standards concerning Home Care and keeps current with new legislature initiatives impacting Home Care.
