Schedule: Full time
Shift: 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri
 
Qualifications/Responsibilities: NYS Registered Professional Nurse License required. Registration required. Master's degree in Nursing or health-related field required. Must have at least five years of related clinical experience and at least three years of management experience. Will manage all clinical and administrative functions of nursing unit(s) within a Care Center on a 24-hour basis. Will create an environment in which autonomy is nurtured and encouraged in a highly competent staff. Will promote professional interdisciplinary collaboration and encourage teamwork to improve the health and wellness of patients. Will uphold MMC policies and procedures, service excellence standards, and regulatory compliance. Certification preferred.
