Qualifications/Responsibilities: Bachelors degree, 3 years experience supervising community health nurses in a fast-paced CHHA, and excellent communication skills required. Will oversee and manage staff and activities directly responsible for patient care services within our Certified Home Health Agency. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing and administering budgets, and overseeing the development of staff. Will be on-call. One year of supervisory experience as a Program Coordinator or Associate Director preferred.
