This position will require the oversight of all aspects of operations and facility management of the 8 Under Five trauma Services sites. This includes the existing Under 5 site located in Van Etten and the 7 Group Attachment Based Intervention (GABI) Expansion sites in all five boroughs.  The  Clinical Administrator will be expected to  assist Trauma Services leadership in the operations and facility management of the GABI expansion (opening requirements for obtaining leases and the ongoing operation of all facilities.)
Job includes  ensuring all sites meet opening date deadlines, are in compliance with clinical and operational mandates and billing requirements. Oversee all aspects of obtaining and maintaining compliance with Article 31 license.  In addition this person will build the Public Assistance Project- a City requirement to hire 14 Public Assistance recipients, create training program and create standards for Trauma Services Leadership to assess job performance). Possess keen ability to collaborate  with the Child Welfare system, specifically Preventive service agencies and the Administration for Children Services (ACS).   Create tracking systems  with program evaluation  team.


Associates degree. 5 years of related work experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must possess excellent organizational, follow-up, and record keeping skills. Ability to operate independently in the field using telecommunications and computer access to a database. Effectively manages own time and resources. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, peers, stakeholders and young children, and their families to maximize self-determination. Ability to engage and work collaboratively with medical, behavioral health, specialty, educational and social service providers. Working knowledge of the child welfare system, community based resources and public benefits. Ability to travel to all off site clinics, city wide meetings and GABI trainings as needed. Experience with working with electronic health records, Group Attachment Based Intervention, Preventive Services preferred.
