The Assistant Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for ensuring the highest quality patient care for the 15 plus multi-clinical specialties by providing direction and direct oversight for the clinical management and indirectly, support staff (RNs, LPNs, PCTs and other ancillary staff), and in the absence of the Operations Manager, provide clinical insight and support for the practice’s non-clinical staff.  This position will be responsible for managing clinical and operational leadership to ensure adherence to standards of quality care, as well as for identifying and resolving system issues and personnel problems. The Assistant Director of Clinical Operations will provide direction to the Clinical Managers in developing standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing new programs and policies. The Assistant  Director will identify opportunities and implement necessary change following a process improvement model. This position and Assistant Director of Operations will work together to achieve goals, support staff and implement initiatives to provide a premiere patient experience within Hutch Tower II. 



- New York State Registered Nurse licensure and registration. Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree is preferred.  Five years of work related experience required. Basic Life Support required.  Clinical experience with demonstrated administrative and management experience. Ability to use basic data entry, retrieval system and electronic clinical information system. Use of patient care equipment as authorized by scope of practice.
