Manages all revenue activities in the department of Urology with an eye toward managing to defined metrics, striving for continuous improvement,  and identifying and operationalizing new revenue opportunities.  Oversight of OR scheduling team, credentialing coordinator and key liaison to professional services and faculty practice group finance.  Support other departmental priorities as either lead or key participant in projects as needed.


Bachelor’s degree. 5 years of related work experience. Progressive experience in physician revenue cycle and/or physician practice operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access Applications.

Skilled in data analysis and development of comprehensive reports. Ability to navigate EPIC (running queries and reports). Strong written and verbal communication skills
