The Study Coordinator will work directly with Principal Investigators within the Division of Family Planning on the execution of reproductive health research studies, focusing on protocol development and coordination, supervising research/study assistants, and data cleaning and monitoring. The Study Coordinator manages research project activities ensuring the quality and integrity of data collection, and trains, manages, and supports students staff and interns, reviewing work products to ensure study protocol is followed as written and approved by the institution’s IRB. The position has substantial potential for growth with the goal of progressing to involvement at all levels of research design and implementation on multiple Family Planning studies. 


Master's degree. 3 years of related work experience.English oral and written fluency required. Spanish oral and written fluency preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with statistical (e.g. Stata, SPSS, SAS, etc.) and qualitative (e.g. Dedoose, N-vivo) analysis software and the fundamentals of data analysis.Outstanding judgment, initiative, and attention to detail are essential. Must be able manage competing priorities while supporting more than one PI. Can be relied upon to ensure that activities within areas of specific responsibility are completed in a timely manner. Outline project goals and timelines and reviews progress at defined intervals. Ability to work well in a team setting and independently is essential. Strong interest and commitment to reproductive health especially contraception and abortion care. Experience with eClinicalWorks. Must have experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, survey design and data collection. Experience creating REDCap database; ability to input and and maintain participant data.
