  • Perform audits, conducts investigations and responds to complaints involving security, privacy and other compliance issues under the supervision of the Senior Director.
  • Assist in ongoing risk assessment process for corporate compliance regulatory priorities, conflicts of interest and other compliance matters.
  • Participate in implementation of an organization-wide security incident response plan and process.  Participate in incident investigations, incident tracking, follow-up and related activities.
  • Monitor corrective action plans and develop management reports.
  • Support training programs for staff in privacy and security policies, regulations and best practices.  Assist in development of other compliance training programs.  Assist in orientation for new hires and annual mandatory training programs.
  • Assist in the development of annual work plan for compliance, with a focus on corporate compliance issues.
  • Conducts routine monitoring activities related to compliance hotline reports, conflict of interest disclosures and other compliance functions.
  • Track and report on caseload volume and aging for assigned compliance hotline investigators.
  • Review conflict of interest disclosure forms against publicly available data and follows up with providers, where necessary.
  • Assist the Senior Director in administration compliance hotline and conflict of interest SaaS systems with a focus on user accounts and access issues.



Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ experience in compliance, health care operations, health information management, clinical care, research or related field as well as excellent computer skills. General knowledge of other health care rules and regulations is preferred. Candidate must currently possess or obtain a CHC or similar within 6 months of hire.
