University Behavioral Associates (UBA) at Montefiore Medical Center is offering a unique opportunity to work on two federally-funded relationship education research programs serving parenting couples and non-custodial fathers in the South Bronx. Supporting Healthy Relationships (SHR) and HERO Dads are programs designed specifically to enhance relationship skills and strengthen intimate, co-parenting, and parent-child relationships for low-income parenting couples and non-custodial fathers in the greater NYC area.

This position is responsible for collecting and maintaining all data related to our federally-funded research study and local program evaluations for both programs, and will work closely with the Program Director and Associate Program Director. This includes processing tasks in our EMR system and the use of several other software applications (Excel, SAS, etc.). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• client registration and enrollment 
• data entry and analysis 
• data organization, cleanup, and aggregation 
• manipulation of data to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for program performance analysis 
• designing data models to manage and organize information 
• application of results and analysis to assist in decision-making and improvement of program performance
• outreaching and interfacing with clients for data collection purposes
• completing administrative functions 
This position will require client outreach throughout client program engagement, which will also include ways to help identify strategies to increase client enrollment, retention, and completion. This position may also require liaising between SHR and our local evaluators. 
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor's (data analytics, computer science, information systems, health administration, or related fields) with 2 years of experience as data analyst
• Master's degree (data analytics, computer science, information systems, health administration, or related fields) 
• Excellent administrative/organizational, analytical, problem solving, time management, and communication skills
• Dependable, flexible, and open to new experiences 
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients and colleagues
• Ability to utilize PC-based software and systems for applications related to data collection and analysis, including SQL, MS Access, SAS, Excel, Tableau
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred, but not required
• Must be available to work 2-3 evenings a week and occasional weekends
