 This position requires a motivated and skilled professional to oversee the processing of all logistic activities (including Supply Chain, Par Management, Inventory, and Receiving) for multiple sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and coordination of logistic activities while overseeing and streamlining the day-to-day distribution of supplies throughout the system, including patient floors at our various Medical Center Par locations. This candidate must have the knowledge and ability to increase productively and measure outcomes of all processes.


Minimum Qualifications:

Selected candidate must demonstrate strategic planning and assertive business development skills in order to train department staff in related procedural requirements (Joint Commission and OSHA).            

The candidate will oversee/enhance the performance of the Central Supply associates and possess the communication and writing skills necessary to interact effectively with all levels of physicians, nurses, management, and unionized personnel. There are 4 management positions and 30 union personnel.

Experience working with a unionize staff is necessary and a must.

Previous related distribution experience/training is desired and college degree and/ or Masters in Business Administration or Finance are required.

Excellent computer skills with Microsoft products. Self Motivated.

The ability to think outside the box and be created.


10 to 15 years experience in materials management in health care or business concentration.

Direct and indirect supervisory experience and understanding of project, diversity and quality management, computer literate required. 

10-15 years management experience .
