DIRECTOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

JOB DESCRIPTION 

The Director of OMH Program and MH Service Innovation oversees mental health services delivered at all Montefiore School Health Program Article 31 clinics, and will design, implement, and evaluate alternative MH care models. This a 12 month position involves .8 FTE overseeing OMH sites and expanding MH services, staff development, administration, and managerial supervision with .2 FTE devoted to patient care including responsibility for developing and supervising program for SW trainees. 

REQUIREMENTS   

  • Masters Degree or higher Required 
  • Five years Mental Health Administration and Supervisory experience 
  • NYS licensed Psychologist; or NYS LCSW-R 
  • Training and experience in the provision of evidence-based child and adolescent psychotherapy. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD, Power Point) 
  • Experience working with electronic health records
