DIRECTOR PATIENT SUPPORT SERVICES HSR

BRONX, NY, US


To direct, monitor and report on the Billed receivable for all hospital services. Analyze and report the receivable, ensuring that not only are services billed timely and accurately but to also ensure timely claim follow up and payment. This includes maintaining accurate information on computerized systems, compliance with state and federal regulations as well as inter/intradepartmental conference.

 

Bachelor's degree or equivelant work experience.

 

Responsbilities include:

 

Review of the Billed Receivable. Analyze and monitor inpatient and outpatient claims to determine billing issues/claim issues. Analyze and monitor cash collected vx budgeted goal for impact on accounts receivable.

Stay current and adhere to changes made by Federal and State regulation through interaction with IT, HIM, CSC/DOH, NGS. (Attend Webinars, Skillset training, Policy training).
