EDUCATION ADMINISTRATOR

BRONX, NY, US


Supervises and coordinates all Clinical Trial Research staff education and training, including creation, implementation and monitoring of new and current program teaching and research activities; creation, implementation and reporting of staff and program evaluation.  With the Executive Director and Assistant Director, creates and implements, and manages new program activities, including research based services, and creation and maintenance of new eLearning curriculum.  This position will ensure projects remain consistent with Montefiore policies, FDA regulations, and GCP guidelines.

 

High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Knowledge of federal and local clinical research regulations
Knowledge of medical and clinical research terminology
Excellent presentation/public speaking
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills
Ability to present technical Information 
Ability to make decisions independently or to escalate issues as needed
Ability to develop, coordinate, and evaluate a program that is designed to improve and expand
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other department staff, medical school staff and faculty, outside speakers, service providers, and the research community
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
