Fellowship Program Administrator- Weiler Location


Reports to: Director, CL & Emergency Psychiatry Program Director, CL Psychiatry 


Job Summary: 

The Coordinator will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the the Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry Fellowship across Montefiore Medical Center (Moses, Weiler, Wakefield). In conjunction with the Fellowship Director, the Coordinator shares responsibility for the administration of the fellowship and assists the Fellowship Director in developing and maintaining the educational quality of the training program and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and other regulatory requirements. The working relationship between the Coordinator and Fellowship Director is critical and both individuals must strive to develop a collaborative and effective working relationship with each other and with their faculty and fellows.  The Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day administration of the fellowship program, including recruitment and on-boarding, and has broad responsibilities that encompass many aspects of the management and administration of the fellowship. The Coordinator will play an essential role in providing secretarial support for the Weiler Psychiatry Department. Individual will be detail-oriented, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and should be capable of managing multiple projects at once with ability to prioritize work assignments. Individual should have excellent organization and communication skills.  This position will also use her organization skills to mainstream procedures, look for innovative ideas to improve fellowship training and department visibility.  


Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree 

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), New Innovations, ERAS, ACGME WebADS, NRMP

Minimum of 3 years work experience
