This position facilitates Learning & development and organizational initiatives across the corporation that enhance our human resource capacity, demonstrates strategic thinking to increase efficiency, identifies and develops best practice standards, provides ongoing assessment and diagnostics that uncover trends, insights, organizational issues/needs, and then designs and delivers learning solutions for improving organizational performance.  The L&ODS will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

Essential functions include consultation, needs assessment, instructional design, development and evaluation of courseware and educational programs, training delivery and facilitation, project management and assistance with executing corporate learning initiatives.

Key tasks include: 
• Collaboration on the development of learning, events and materials for Learning Network Programs, including logistics, activities, use of visual aids, printed and electronic reports and support materials.
• Designs, develops, consults, delivers and evaluates training curriculum and organization development initiatives to support learning goals & objectives and overall organization effectiveness processes as it relates to: general and specialized learning and development programs across multiple levels of the organization, engagement programs, service excellence, performance management; team effectiveness , change management and other L&OD related initiatives/programs
• Maintains multiple channels of communication with faculty and participants, including curating the program websites, communicating program requirements and logistics providing updates and status reports
•   Prepares program materials, including Power Point decks, participant workbooks, and confidential assessments and reports for coaching
• Provides excellent customer service as the first point-of-contact for program inquiries and requests.
• Provides services that support organizational objectives, potentially including but not limited to: training, facilitating, communication plans, surveys and or/assessments, process improvements and other new and/or ongoing organizational development programs and initiatives. 

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of adult learning principles, organization development,  change and talent management methodologies and best practices.  They will have significant and relevant experience with event design and execution, ability to handle multiple projects in an organized manner, and excellent customer service skills. 




Bachelor's Degree.  A minimum of three years experience.

Curriculum development and design 
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, facilitate, monitor and evaluate.
Hands-on experience with learning management systems and web delivery tools
Event planning, design and execution
Adult learning theory and practices
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with all organizational levels, including senior executives
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments: ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively 
Learning technologies and tools

Experience with employee survey and assessment tools a plus.
