Manager Operations Faculty Practices

 

Job Summary:

This position is accountable for the administrative management of the Neurology faculty practices and teaching clinics including, but not limited to the practices located at Moses, Yonkers , Medical Arts Pavilion, Wayne Avenue, Bainbridge Avenue, Blondell Avenue, CHAM and Rochambeau.  The office managers for these sites report to this position.  Accountability includes practice operations, revenue cycle management, clinical management, financial management,  referral management and patient and physician satisfaction.  
Works closely with the Clinical Program Director's for the sub-specialty programs.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3 years work experience in related field
  • Operations Supervisory/Management Experience in a Healthcare Setting
  • Supervisory experience, and or practice management experience required.
  • Expertise with Epic functionality and Excel. 
  • Financial management skills-(including mathematical concepts and calculations, business planning)
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
