The Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising the operational, financial, human resource, administrative tasks of the front-end clerical staff at the Moses Campus.  A high degree of independence, initiative, assertiveness, and diplomacy are necessary in dealing with faculty, staff and patients in a complex environment.  He/she will operate in a rapid environment analyzing workflows, implementing process improvements, and preparing and reviewing operational metrics. 


Job Responsibilities:


  • Optimize patient flow and patient access
  • Tracking operating results and work on revenue enhancement strategies
  • Timely handling of billing, cash reconciliation, and work queues
  • Ensure high quality patient experience
  • Synthesize and review monthly metrics
  • Serve as an on-site resource to improve front-end efficiency
  • Responsible for workflows that ensure proper continuity of care
  • Effectively communicate and work collaboratively on all levels


Education and Requirements:


  • To qualify you must have a bachelor’s degree and 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with complex scheduling, insurance verification and/or financial counseling
  • Strong knowledge of human resources management policies, with the ability to train, monitor, evaluate, and document human resources issues and performance, and to participate in decision-making on human resources matters
  • Strong analytical/ problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp and synthesize findings, develop alternative solutions and clearly articulate recommended options
  • Superior organization, interpersonal, customer service, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex and non-routine issues with creative solutions, operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to change with flexibility to meet the demand of multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated administrative, office coordination, project management expert
  • Supervisory experience in operations and/or customer service
