This position is responsible for developing and driving an organizational culture of service, where patient and family experience are a priority. Specifically, responsible for the Hutch Patient Experience Program, which includes assessment analysis, development of curriculum, identification and execution of new training opportunities and administration and management of the program. This position is further responsible for maintaining, updating and enhancing training program materials and content. This position will also provide support relating to patient experience projects throughout the Hutch Tower II facility. This position must have the ability to motivate the leaders and staff in order to achieve patient satisfaction goals. Setting and defining targets.


As Patient Experience Administrator, you will:

  • Work with leadership to establish effective measurement and reporting tools of patient experience standards to drive culture change and significant changes in performance.
  • Work with unit leaders to establish a culture of service  excellence.
  • Perform observations and patient advocacy within specialty areas
  • Partner with Customer Service to handle patient complaints in regards to patient grievances.
  • Develop and conduct formalized patient experience training and educational sessions for associates.
  • Prepare annual goals for Hutch Tower II by units.




Bachelor Degree is required, Master’s Degree is preferred,

Must have experience in a clinical practice role working directly with patients/families. Experience working in a role where a patient centered culture was emphasized, thus results in driving system wide initiatives and managing change. Experience in public speaking and concepts of adult education. Must have the ability to drive change and collaborate across disciplines. Strong working knowledge of applications required; EPIC, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
