PROJECT MANAGER

BRONX, NY, US


The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating all aspects of the project. Provides administrative support and project management services to one or more individuals in Pathology Administrative Offices at the direction of the Chairman. Performs confidential administrative and project management duties which requires use of discretion and independent judgment. Prioritize tasks while maintaining responsibility for timely execution. Interface with staff members of the Department of Pathology as well as other senior leaders within the organization.  Projects a professional company image through in- person, electronic or telephone interaction. Performs other related duties. Reports to the Chairman primarily and the senior administrator as needed. 

Bachelors Degree required.  Masters Degree preferred.  Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpersonal, PC (all MS office suite) skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently are required.  Attention to detail and ability to coordinate schedules and timelines for supporting the needs of the Chairman.
