We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Executive Assistant /Project Manager.  

In this role, the successful candidate reports to the Department Chair.  The PM will oversee various projects and be expected to act as the primary point of authority and accountability for the projects assigned to him or her.  This requires the ability to work independently, lead, and manage projects from the Chair, departmental leadership, and other key stakeholders.  The candidate will operate in a rapid environment that values an entrepreneurial mindset and an applied practical approach to execution.  This position needs an organized, proactive and flexible PM capable of managing emerging priorities.


Job Responsibilities

  • The PM will plan, implement, and coordinate both simple and complex projects/tasks for the Department Chair
  • Execute project management work with minimal supervision
  • Effectively communicate and work collaboratively with Radiology leadership and staff, as well as interdepartmentally
  • Proactively perform a broad range of administrative tasks
  • Discretely handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Compose correspondence, recommendation letters, and other documents in a timely and professional manner



  • To qualify you must have a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong analytical/ problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp and synthesize findings, develop alternative solutions and clearly articulate recommended options
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task with demanding time frames
