SENIOR DIRECTOR HEALTH SERVICES RECEIVAB

BRONX, NY, US


Oversee operations of the revenue cycle functions including cash posting, AR contract management, vendor management, financial reporting, state regulatory reporting, electronic data interchange,  patient registration, eligibility/benefit collection, billing and collections systems and revenue cycle support service vendors. The role is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of revenue cycle standards. The position is responsible for the revenue cycle transformation and optimization and strategic planning of future implementation as it pertains to revenue.  This position is strategic, with a focus on process improvements to maximize cash collections for the organization across MHS facilities.

 

 Graduation from a college or university with a Master's Degree in Health, Public or Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or closely related field preferred and 15 years of leadership experience in the revenue cycle function in a hospital, nursing home or physician practice; 
• Knowledge of all Revenue Cycle Applications and Hospital Financial Accounting principles
• 5+ years of applicable EPIC Revenue Cycle experience including Epic Revenue Cycle Implementations.  
- Certifications or credentials in EPIC Resolute HB, EPIC ADT Prelude, RHIA, HFMA or AAHAM preferred
