Recruits, interviews and screens job applicants: will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting highly qualified candidates for Allied Health Services positions as well as positions that deal with licensed and certified clinical specialists jobs (i.e. Pharmacists etc.).  Must have thorough knowledge of all regulations and licensing requirements, as well as, hospital program requirements to successfully perform the duties of the position.  Will be expected to manage an average of 70-90 requisitions which includes managing the internal transfer process and interfacing with Union Leaders as needed.  Advise and counsel hiring managers regarding interpretation and/or application of staffing policies and procedures.  Identifies and evaluates recruitment sources, prepares and places ads, and completes pre-employment documentation.


Five plus years of Recruitment experience is required.  Bachelor's degree preferred.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Good managment skills with the ability to prioritize and repriorite on a daily basis.
