STAFF NURSE I/II

Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients. Assesses patients, develops and documents nursing care and discharge plans, and prepares and administers medications and interventions. Supervises nursing attendants and ancillary staff in patient care activities.

Job Requirements:

·        New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an R.N.

·        BSN Degree preferred

·        Basic Life Support Training

·        Infection Control Training

·        Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems

·        Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate preferred

·        Radiation Oncology experience preferred

·        Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
 

Hours: Day, M-F 8:00am-6:30pm
