Supervises the activities of a designated clinical function to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements and accrediting agencies. Schedules, assigns and monitors the work of clinical staff. The Responsibilities of this nuclear medicine technologist include an empathetic and instructional approach to patient care, the preparation, calibration and administration of radiopharmaceuticals and pharmaceuticals (under the direction of an authorized user), the performance of quality control procedures and the operation of imaging, laboratory and computer instrumentation. Qualified technologists can perform CT functions in conjunction with PET & SPECT exams. Position oversees patient scheduling and assigning of duties to technologist. This supervisor is responsible for the planning, the managing and operation of the day-to-day patient flow. He/she is responsible for the smooth operation of the department with fiscal limitations as well as the upgrading of technology and basic skills of all services.

Must have current CNMT and/or ARRT certification and/or New York State Department of Health License as a Radiological Technologist. 
Bachelor's Degree Required , Master's Degree Preferred 
3 years work experience 
Leadership experience in Nuclear Medicine

Work Schedule- Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
