The Department of Spine Surgery is seeking an energetic and ambitious physician assistant to work within the Division of Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery. The position offers an opportunity to work with full-time faculty surgeons, residents, other physician extenders, and other support staff.  The service is dedicated to the management of pre-, post-, and peri-operative spine patients. Responsibilities include inpatient logistics, surgical scheduling, first OR assist, and post-operative care management.


The position is ideal for a dynamic individual seeking a clinical challenge and an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on many patients with complex spinal concerns.  Montefiore Medical Center is a tertiary care facility located in the Bronx, one of New York City’s boroughs.
