As a CT/MRI Technician You Will: 

Under the direction of radiologist, performs Cat Scan or MRI Procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for imaging diagnosis Or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).  Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.

 

As a CT/MRI Technician You Need:

Associates Degree Preferred

High School Diploma Required 

Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiology technology, CT/MRI training in and meets the requirements for certification by the ARRT.

Valid license by the State of New York, Injection registered
