CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

ELMSFORD, NY, US


The Learning and OD Specialist supports the execution of Change Management; Learning; Leadership Academies and/or other Organization Development programs including:  

• Collaboration on the development of learning, events and materials for Learning Network Programs, including logistics, activities, use of visual aids, printed and electronic reports and support materials.
• Designs, develops, consults, delivers and evaluates training curriculum and organization development initiatives to support learning goals & objectives and overall organization effectiveness processes as it relates to: engagement, service excellence, performance management; team effectiveness and change management.   From a change Management perspective, this candidate will play a key role in implementing change management methodologies and solutions for key projects and initiatives inclusive but not limited to:  deployment of leadership and stakeholder engagement practices, organizational change readiness and adoption, change impact assessments, change capability evaluation, and communications, utilizing best practice change management solutions, proven methods, tools and supporting technologies.     
•Maintaining multiple channels of communication with faculty and participants, including curating the program websites, communicating program requirements and logistics providing updates and status reports
•   Preparing program materials, including Power Point decks, participant workbooks, and confidential assessments and reports for coaching
• Providing excellent customer service as the first point-of-contact for program inquiries and requests for special accommodations.
• Providing services that support organizational objectives, potentially including but not limited to: training, facilitating, communication plans, surveys and or/assessments, process improvements and other new and/or ongoing organizational development programs and initiatives. 

The ideal candidate will have an applied knowledge of change management methodology,  adult learning principles, experience with event design and execution, ability to handle multiple projects in an organized manner, and excellent customer service skills. 

 

Bachelor's Degree required.
