OFFICE MANAGER

NEW YORK, NY, US


This position will manage the day-to-day operations and activities in the Executive Office. Collaborate with Office manager on the management and support of the Executive Office. Manage office operations and activities, including but not limited to calendar management, meeting oversight and responsibility for all aspects of meeting coordination, scheduling, filing, supplies, transportation and hospitality. Design and implement office policies by establishing standards, procedures and systems; measuring results against standards and making necessary adjustments. Assist with the preparation  for Board/Committee materials and trustee materials.  Work with Directors Desk and other technologies to ensure availability, access and accuracy of meeting materials, including but not limited to minutes.  Provide support at Board/Committee meetings and special events Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance.

5-10 years experience working in an Executive Office. Bachelor's Degree required.   Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Power Point and Outlook.
Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
