The Supplier Diversity manager will support the development, implementation, management, reporting and leading of all aspects of Montefiore Health System’s Supplier Diversity Program. This role will serve as a key resource regarding the analytics oversite and strategic growth of MHS supplier diversity efforts, as well as remain knowledgeable concerning the availability, capabilities and development of diverse suppliers. 

This position will be responsible for managing MHS relationships with internal and external constituents and organizations that focus on the development and economic empowerment of diverse firms.

This position must demonstrate proficiency in Value Analysis business  best practices and applying them, understand roles and interrelationships of health system practices and suppliers, promote team consensus and assure optimized leverage of all requirements are achievable.  Must have mastery of contracting, vendor management , stakeholder management, project management , superior negotiation skills  and analytical skills, knowledge of EDI and function as an internal facilitator within MHS.  



Bachelor's degree with five (5) years experence with  at least 3 years experience a high-volume strategic sourcing  environment with related specific skill sets.

CPM, CPSM, CMRP or equivalent preferred
