Responsible for Strategic direction and leadership of: Revenue Integrity including Charge Master Maintenance & Strategic Pricing, Clinical Documentation Improvement and Clinical Denials Management.

Direct overall operations, administration, and development of programs and services that support revenue integrity, accurate reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.  Responsible for ensuring complete, efficient, accurate and compliant patient revenue generation and revenue capture across all hospitals. 

Manages, coordinates, and champions revenue cycle initiatives across the organization to

improve processes and support optimal revenue cycle performance.  Provides leadership and coordination between the business office, coding, CDI, HIM, all professional service clinical providers with accountability to operationalize new systems/processes related to existing/new services in areas including documentation, charge capture, denials mitigation and prevention.



Mater’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree required

10 Years related work experience, 5 years of supervisory experience required

EPIC Certification in Hospital Billing, Revenue Integrity Preferred

Lean Management, or PMP Certification Preferred
