CONTRACT MANAGEMENT ANALYST

TARRYTOWN, NY, US


Operational leadership accountable for ensuring the success of the development, implementation and maintenance of the Epic System’s Reimbursement Contracts. Assist in the analysis and build of insurance contracts in order to develop information for the Epic System that appropriately coincides with proper billing, coding and collection processes.

 

Skill Set:
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, direct, train and interact with management on a regular basis
- In-depth knowledge of the complete healthcare revenue cycle
- Collaborate with a operation and technical resources effectively
- Proficiency in contract modeling
- Ability to understand payment methodology and utilize formulas with system syntax
- Correctly program reimbursement rates for contracted payors
- Knowledge of all aspects of third party reimbursement policies and practices
- Understand principals of organizational redesign and problem solving practices
- Experience/knowledge of contract language and payment methodologies
- Well-organized and skilled at time management 
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills


Experience:
- 5 to 10 years within Healthcare revenue cycle
- 5 to 10 years  EPIC experience: EPIC Resolute HB
- 5 years of demonstrated strong analytical skills with knowledge of patient accounting, third party contracting and/or contract modeling       systems or healthcare reimbursement. 

 

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Administration, Masters preferred.
- EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Certification preferred
- EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Management preferred
