DATA MANAGEMENT ANALYST

TARRYTOWN, NY, US


This position provides support to assist management in meeting strategic and operational goals, with a focus on financial performance and management of capital spend.  Primary responsibilities incude:
-Data gathering, management and integrity of the capital management system
-Assist and train all new end users to ensure that all aspects of capital projects are being entered into the system appropriately.
-Prepare Capital Spend reports for entities as assigned by the Manager.
-Perform vital ad-hoc analyses and other vital tasks as assigned by the Manager.

 

Education/Skills:

 

Bachelor's Degree required.  One year's experience.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
-Ability to manipulate data utilizing database management and financial management systems and provide in a presentable format
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to train end users on the capital management system
-Basic understanding of healthcare financial statements.

Capable of performing various formulas (i.g. IF statements, Vookups, etc.)

Excel Power testing will be required.
