This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Design & Enablement within the Procurement organization. The  Associate will be expected to operate and excel in Data Science, Performance Engineering and Project Management-related roles, as well as lead, manage and mentor junior-level associates across these functions.

As a Data Scientist, the Associate will be responsible for all stages of Data Science Lifecycle: actively working with stakeholders across different teams on defining data-driven problem statements, data acquisition and understanding, data models development, data visualization & deployment of solutions (e.g. reports, KPIs).

Performance Engineering will often focus on process improvement, wherein the Associate will be focused on data-driven generation & execution of system/process improvement ideas, mapping existing systems/processes and setting up new ones. They will also directly participate in designing and architecting a systems/processes landscape that enables Supply Chain.

Project Management scope includes analyzing and defining a frame for ambiguous problem statements, drafting a project charter, planning, initiating and overseeing execution of all elements of the project.




Master's degree required (Computer Science, Data Science, Business and Administration, Healthcare),    

Academic or professional Data Science, Analytics and Reporting experience 
• Academic or professional Project Management experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, R etc.)
• Demonstrated proficiency in Data Engineering (SQL preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management preferred
