This position is responsible for supporting the TO Finance Lead in ensuring the Transformation drives cash impact and that cash impact is assessed accurately and consistently.
Prepares Initiative business cases for review and approval of the TO Finance Lead; Review Initiatives submitted for TO Finance approval and prepare any necessary briefing for TO Finance Lead to make final review and approval of the Initiative
at a specific stage gate. Occasionally, approve Initiatives through stage gates on behalf of the TO Finance Lead; Tracks and validates the financial impact of portions of the Transformation;
Works with Initiative Owners and Finance teams to ensure consistent approach to valuation of Initiative impact (including val ida ting all Initiative business cases); Performs financial tracking of progress against commitments (both value delivery and timing).
Segregates the financial impact of the Transformation from baseline performance
Assists the TO Finance Lead in resolving resource allocation, project management, financial and risk issues
Supports CFO in integration of Transformation commitments with Budgets
Creates and runs reports on progress of the financial impact of the Transformation as required
Highlights developing financial trends which could hinder or accelerate financial impact
Performs trend analyses to forecast future monthly impacts and compare against monthly financial goals
Makes recommendations to Initiative Owners and the TO Finance Lead to resolve emerging issues or take advantage of positive t ren ds
Anticipates and recommends solutions for financial issues that arise.




Bachelor's degree required.  Five (5) years work experience.

Understanding of practices in accounting and finance
Strong analytical capabilities
Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics
