The Program Analyst will be responsible for ensuring optimal utilization of the Patient Access Center (PAC) workforce in order to meet performance benchmarks and strategic plans goals and objectives.  This includes gathering and analyzing volume and performance data as well as calculating staff requirements, creating staff schedules, monitoring and tracking daily performance.


Education/Skills required:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent oral/written communications skills
  • Time management, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent decision making skills, conflict resolution skills, behavior exhibiting highest        standards of customer service orientation
  • Working knowledge of Work Force Management software and applications.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in call center WFM program required or relevant call center experience that incorporated the requisite skills to achieve key KPIs.
  • Experience in an insurance/health care/managed care environment and/or Call Center Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills required
