PROJECT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

TARRYTOWN, NY, US


The Project Analyst has the primary responsibility of supporting project management and department initiatives by assisting in the creation of project time-lines and deliverables, track progress, maintain documentation, gather and analyze data and prepare project materials and presentations. The Project Analyst will also create materials to support education and assist with implementations of solutions, workflow changes and system enhancements. 

 

Skills/Education:

 

Bachelor's degree.PMP Certification preferred but not required

2-3 years of experience in Project Management 
• Ability to work productively and collaboratively with others 
• Able to listen to differing opinions and share different points of view 
• Willing to speak with candor within a group and to other groups 
• Able to use his/her experience constructively to help others
• Able to reflect on issues and priorities that are different from their own 
• Able to use critical thinking and communication skills
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Experience with project management tools is a plus
