The Organizational Excellence team plays an important role in advancing projects related to the identification, development, analysis, and optimization of performance in the Faculty Practice Group, which consist of more than 80 faculty practices and specialty sites, the Montefiore PAC and Professional Services.


Working under the responsibility of the Director Performance Excellence, the Project Manager assists in the evaluation and organization of various aspects of the multidisciplinary Performance Improvement (PI) program. 


The position will focus on various areas of performance improvement, including procedure standardization, quality, patient experience and workforce management.  The incumbent will be responsible for implementing and executing multiple PI projects throughout the Faculty Practice Group within time constraints and budgetary guidelines.




  • Detailed understanding of the concepts of performance improvement, outcomes measurement, and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of ambulatory healthcare performance improvement standards and benchmarking tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum five years’ experience
