The Project Manager will provide clerical support for the Associate Vice President, Patient Transformation Officer ensuring the administrative needs are met efficiently, professionally and with the highest level of quality. Crucial elements required of this position are confidentiality, tact and discretion to handle sensitive matters.


This role is critical to organizing high level meetings, including developing and implementing standard procedures for these meetings and analyzing materials and presentations. The Associate Vice President, Patient Transformation Officer's schedule is highly complex and requires accuracy and efficiency on the part of the Project Manager to maximize opportunities for meetings and minimize disruptions.


This function requires a high degree of independent judgment, analytical skills to prioritize urgency levels, and tactful handling of sensitive matters (calls, emails, etc).


Education/Skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum three years related experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy along with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience working directly with various levels of staff
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to balance and prioritize conflicting requirements.
  • Intermediate proficiency level utilizing Microsoft Office applications including MS Word and Outlook, and Excel
