SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

TARRYTOWN, NY, US


This position tracks financial performance of the Montefiore Supply Chain (overall and individual member); Use of system applications for tracking, analyzing and developing reports. Design, develop and maintain reports, scorecards and dashboards for the broader Services organization .Responsible for running reports in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Developing a deep understanding of the business you support, building strong relationships with your stakeholders, and delivering value.
Work with complex datasets to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, and behaviors; Work with business leaders across the Business  to understand business questions that data can answer to provide data-driven insights 

 

Education/Skills:

 

Bachelor's Degree required.

Personal Computers
Microsoft Office (Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel)
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify appropriate analytical approaches depending on the business need.
Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
Hands-on experience with analytics   
Strong Experience in Tableau
Experience with SQL Server & SQL Writing
Experience with SSIS or any ETL tools in the market
Ability to effectively elicit and translate business requirements 
Exceptional ability to visually present and communicate data, analyses, and findings 
Great attention to detail to ensure highest level of quality/rigor in reports & data analysis 
Ability to meet deadlines and handle varying workloads with a high degree of accuracy 
Proactive, organized, detail oriented, and quality driven
