We are hiring for an Application Analyst to join our team in providing solutions for our IT Service Management (ITSM) applications. The Application Analyst will utilize their knowledge of the client’s clinical or business requirements, application capabilities, and technical skills to implement and support applications. The Application Analyst is responsible for the implementation of new applications, upgrades, and modifications to existing systems and assisting in the coordination of these efforts. 



  • Troubleshoot, test, and coordinate to resolve reported application issues while providing status to internal and external clients
  • Assist with testing new application functions and enhancements to ensure smooth rollout
  • Identify, understand, and document client business requirements
  • Manage a workload of support incidents and requests on a timely basis
  • Ensure application changes follow change management procedures and protocols
  • Identify improvements to applications, processes, and business logic to meet user needs and communicate to the appropriate person
  • Participate in formal and informal training and self-study as recommended by manager
  • Perform other related duties as required



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience working with IT Service Management applications
  • Application/System implementation, troubleshooting, testing and support experience
  • Experience with working with Broadcom Service Manager or equivalent ITSM platform
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of PowerShell
  • Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Reliable and committed individual with the desire to learn new applications and technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service oriented and ability to follow through issues to resolution
  • Self-motivated and team player
