Montefiore Information Technology (MIT) is looking for a specialist in Change Management that will support the management of development and integration requirements of Montefiore.  This candidate will play a key role in the implementation and support of a new ERP suite including the Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Asset Management functions on a single ERP system across all business partners.  This strategic position will be part of a strong team that will play a pivotal role in the health system’s ERP technology transformation program and evolve to a shared services model across Montefiore Medicine. 

This specialist will be hands on as well as managing the activities of consultants assigned to change management that will scale up as needed. This individual will be developing a strategy and a change management plan, not just following one.

The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills and oversee all Change Management aspects across our affiliates and member hospitals.  This Change Management Specialist role has responsibilities within each phase of the ERP Transformation project life cycle including user meetings, requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation, and go-live but will focus on managing all activities and deliverables related to Change Management tasks required to support an ERP implementation.


  • Primary responsibilities include developing detailed change management communication and transition plans to ensure seamless execution, adoption, and overall business readiness.
  • Develop communications regarding change and coordinate congruent training activities for a ready and engaged workforce
  • Partner closely with project team members and cross-functional business partners to foster key stakeholder transformation and promote adoption of solutions.
  • Provide detailed gap and impact analysis to business units
  • Provide guidance and direction through critical transitions including cutover, warranty and business handoff


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4- 6 years related industry experience with demonstrated knowledge of Change Management and Project Management.
  • Enterprise software with implementation experience that required organizational change management
  • Composition of corporate communications
  • Coordination of new systems training
  • Ability to create comprehensive change management implementation strategies
  • Experience conducting gap and change impact analysis
  • Define, plan and execute plans to support communication and transition activities
  • Demonstrate successful leadership/influencing skills at all levels
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology
