The Data and Reporting Manager will partner closely with other QPI Directors and Managers to provide data and analytical support that informs MMG-wide strategic priorities, and provides the basis for documenting and reporting performance, meeting quality, clinical and operational goals.  The Manager oversees and is responsible for:

  • Effective daily operations and workflow management of the Data and Reporting Department
  • Coordinating data and analytical needs for meeting Annual PCMH Reporting requirements for all MMG-wide sites
  • Routine and ad hoc MMG-wide and Site performance monitoring and reporting for both internal needs and for external regulatory agencies, value-based payor contracts, grants, professional associations and projects, i.e. DSRIP, PCMH/NCQA, GNYHA, CMMI, BCHN/HRSA, CMS, NYSDOH, NYSOMH
  • Timely development and production of a wide range of reports, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Demonstrating commitment to MMG’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care and support internal clinical and operations users



  • Bachelor's degree Required, master’s degree Preferred       
  • 8-10 years of work experience required, preferably in healthcare related fields
  • Supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data reporting and report generating tools, i.e. Epic Reporting Workbench, Epic Clarity, Chronicles and Crystal Reporting
  • Familiarity with SQL and Business Objects Enterprise
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data mapping/architecture and data mart development and utilization
