We are creating a team of elite IT support professionals to work directly with our most senior executives. In this role, you will work hand in hand with our leadership in clinical, technology, and business areas to ensure they have the tools they need. This team will provide white glove service to the leaders of one of the most renowned academic medical centers in the United States. This includes support at Montefiore executive suites and at our leaders’ home offices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide top-notch customer service
  • Perform device and software troubleshooting
  • Manage expectations
  • Work with IT professionals in other departments to deliver seamless executive support, including networking, security, and software teams
  • Participate in an on-call rotation
  • Stay abreast of trends and new facets of Windows, Apple, desktop, mobile, and networking technologies.


Requirements include:

  • Expertise with Windows, Apple, desktop and mobile technologies, networking stack and AV / Conferencing Systems.
  • Experience working directly with senior/executive leadership and providing while glove support
  • Strong IT knowledge and analytical skills used to solve a diverse range of complex problems
  • Excellent communications, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Capable of maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to maintain, track, and report project status and metrics.
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate organization amid rapid and frequent changes
  • Detail oriented and mindful about following through with tasks and projects.
