IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER - DEPLOYMENT SERVICES - 9550

Montefiore is hiring an Implementation Manager for Deployment Services! Region 3 (Wakefield Campus and surrounding area ) - Must have transportation.

 

The Implementation Manager is responsible for coordinating the technical services components for IT implementations. The Implementation Manager oversees a cross-functional team while they are assigned to the implementation. This Manager coordinates both project based activities and production activities. The Implementation Manager may matrix to a Project Manager from the Project Management Office, or matrix to leaders from other internal areas.  Position requires stong technical knowledge, skilled in applying procedures, policies, and methodologies. The Implementation Manager provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Implementation Manager,Deployment Services Team for Region 3  will be required to utilize skills to coordinate enhancements and deployment efforts. 
o    Identify level of effort, resource requirements, scope, and enhancement objectives for enhancement efforts. 
o    Identify hardware cost estimates, resource requirements, project scope, and objectives.
o    Plan the work and follow up with assigned staff.
o    Track the budget and order equipment as needed. 
o    Track resource allocation against the plan.
o    Conduct meetings to ensure adherence to the implementation plan.
o    Develop implementation scripts and present them to the Change Advisory Board for approval. 
o    Turnover implemented work to the operational support teams.

 

Utilizing knowledge of technology, the client’s business needs, and Montefiore IT’s capabilities, serve as a liaison between clients and Montefiore IT. 
o    Serve as a single point of contact for clients on enhancement efforts.
o    Provide insight and recommendations for solutions.
o    Review proposed solutions to ensure the delivery of a quality product or service to the client that meet the client’s specific needs.
o    Inform the client of the strategy for deployment of new implementations, as well as the maintenance and upgrades of existing equipment.
o    Confirm the alignment of customer expectations and implementation plans. 

 

Provide documentation and communication to peers and management for status, coordination, objectives, and performance.

Develop and maintain working relationships with internal key stakeholders including Client Executives, Product Managers, and department heads. 

Produce timely, detailed summaries for status and Remedy reporting.

  • Oversee vendors work efforts on implementations.
  • Assess and troubleshoot, consult with vendors, and coordinate with other teams for problem resolution.
  • Provide documentation and communication to peers and management for status, coordination, objectives, and performance.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

  • Technical project management
  • Strong technical experience 
  • Strong Industry Experience

 

Bachelors Degree OR Relevant Experience
