PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIAL

YONKERS, NY, US


Position Summary:

The individual must have the ability to abstract clinical  data from patients medical records and input into regulatory database (i.e. Core Measures) is critical to the role. The individual must be able to analyze events of care and identify potential quality issues and should be knowledgeable regarding performance measurement and improvement.  In addition the individual must be able to write and present reports, findings and conclusions in an accurate, succinct and organized manner. Logical, analytic and deductive reasoning skills are required. S/he must be attentive to detail and be able to adhere to work schedules.   If not competent in excel and power point, attainment of these skills within a year of employment is expected

 

Education/Skills:

-Bachelor’s Required

-The individual must have clinical experience involving the direct care of patients as evidenced by an RN, NP or PA degree with prior practical experience.

-3-5 years of experience working in an administrative setting involving organizational skills, independent decision making and interaction with multidisciplinary team members.
