The Project Associate has primary responsibility for the daily operations pertaining to the CMA Support and Technical Assistance Process of the Montefiore Health Home d/b/a Bronx Accountable Healthcare Network. He/She serves as the liaison between the CMA Network and Stakeholders that are external to the BAHN, e.g. Managed Care Organizations, other Health Homes, local government agencies, Montefiore providers, etc. He/She supports the Managers in directing the CMAs to various health home processes, initiatives and analysis of health home activities. The Project Associate supports the Manager of Administrative Operations in addressing all organizational needs of the BAHN team. The Project Associate has expertise in organizing data needed to inform programmatic decisions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with synthesizing observations of operational patterns and reporting these observations to various audiences. Organizing methodical, data-driven observations is supported by an aptitude for quantitative analysis using Excel. He/She must have specific knowledge of the Health Home Program and intermediate to advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Note. This position requires strong communication and presentation skills, supported by critical thinking skills. As the face/voice of the BAHN, the candidate must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Relating well with professionals and consumers is a requirement for this position. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
