PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager is a role for experienced PMs possessing a minimum of 5-7 years of direct PM experience.  

• This role is able to manage and lead one or more moderate to large  projects through all of the defined phases of the project life cycle.  
• This role will be engaged with customer stakeholders as a bridge to the project team and possess a thorough understanding of specific goals, objectives and requirements for project.
• The role manages a cross functional team of product experts and associates while they are assigned to a project.  External consultants, contracted resources, and other department employees may also report in to project teams during the project life-cycle. The position will also play a key role in facilitating the development, creation and maintenance of PMO assets including knowledge management, PM skills development and PMO operational processes.

Bachelor's Degree required. PMP Certification preferred

Knowledge required; Project Management, Implementation Management, Project Planning Cost and Resource Management
Experience working with tools to create and manage project plans such as CA Clarity or MS Project
Background in managing projects in a matrix environment
