Individual will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of provider information throughout Montefiore Health System and for generating required exports and reports for all aspects of provider enrollment with State, Federal and local programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, and 30+ delegated health plans and any value-based arrangements.


Responsibilities include:

  1. Monitor scheduled reconciliations with CMO-contracted/delegated health plans, Professional Services, and complete network analysis reports.
  2. Maintain provider information within the credentialing system to ensure proper data submission to other Montefiore systems and delegated health plans.
  3. Work closely with MIS and MIT to develop and support system interfaces to share provider information throughout the health system.
  4. Monitor data quality audit reports and proactively identify data quality issues and develop staff training and/or workflow changes to improve data quality.
  5. Maintain open lines of communication with internal users and external customers to identify needs and offer solutions delivery.
  6. Support web-based/paperless credentialing process for 4 Medical staffs and various other entities. 


Expertise in Excel (including formulas) and Access. Proficiency in SQL.

Minimum of a HS Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
