Lead a strong team of data experts to enable world-class healthcare! We are hiring for a Senior Manager, Data Warehouse and Integration Services. This role is responsible for managing the planning and delivery of data warehouse services, including source system analysis, source data extraction, data streaming, target database building and data publication. You will support integrated enterprise reporting for client organizations, leveraging industry leading automation tools and cloud technology. You will also provide thought leadership and outstanding client services, contributing to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care.



  • Lead, motivate, and oversee database designers and the ETL development team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management practices
  • Consolidate and integrate data from several internal and external information systems for flexible but controlled enterprise reporting
  • Develop data standards working in collaboration with the data architecture team in terms of nomenclature, storage, design, and deployments for the EDW
  • Actively participate in Montefiore’s Data Governance process and provide guidance and solutions for the data governance initiatives
  • Set standards for, train team on and continuously improve data warehousing practices such as source system analysis, data transformation, meta data and reference data strategy, data transport, and data quality assurance
  • Set standards for and participate in high level work and release planning, including change control, project scoping and estimation
  • Research and introduce emerging data warehousing best practices and Technologies
  • Liaise with our internal Epic product application teams within the information technology organization, and other customer reporting teams across the Health System




  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing a team of database designers and ETL staff
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise data warehousing and integration services
  • Experience with building and maintaining an Enterprise Data Warehouse
  • Experience with Informatica PowerCenter or any ETL tool
  • Experience successfully leading complex data integration and business intelligence implementations




  • Experience with industry leading data automation and DataOps toolchain orchestration for Oracle Exadata, Informatica, SQL Server, and MSFT Azure Cloud Data Lake and Fabric capabilities
  • Healthcare experience with scaled agile methodologies, and rigorous project management skills
  • Experience participating in executive meetings
  • Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
